2. Service Description
KidsParty World provides comprehensive children's party organization services throughout Sydney, Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Professional animation services with trained and certified entertainers
- Custom party decoration design, setup, and removal
- Show programs including magic shows, puppet theaters, and interactive performances
- Event coordination and planning services
- Themed party packages tailored to various age groups
- Optional catering coordination and photography services
All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We strive to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot guarantee availability for bookings made less than two weeks before the desired event date.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information including event date, location, number of attendees, and specific service requirements. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by KidsParty World. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive written confirmation via email from our team.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or approved online payment methods
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated
- Additional services requested during or after the event may incur extra charges payable immediately
3.3 Price Changes
Prices quoted at the time of booking are guaranteed for that specific booking. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices for future bookings at any time. Any price changes will be communicated clearly before confirmation of new bookings.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
- More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus the 30% deposit
- 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of total payment
- 7-14 days before event: 25% refund of total payment
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund available
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written notice, not when you send it.
4.2 Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. You may reschedule your event once without penalty if notice is provided at least 14 days before the original event date, subject to availability. Subsequent rescheduling requests or those made with less notice may incur a rescheduling fee of 15% of the total booking value.
4.3 Cancellation by KidsParty World
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, illness of key personnel, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of all payments made or offer to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the event venue, including access details and any restrictions
- Ensure the venue is available and accessible at the agreed setup time
- Inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or safety concerns in advance
- Ensure adequate space for activities and performances as specified in our requirements
- Provide access to power outlets and water facilities where required
- Supervise children during the event and maintain overall responsibility for their safety
- Inform us immediately of any changes to guest numbers or event details
- Treat our staff and equipment with respect
- Ensure that the venue rules and regulations are communicated to us in advance
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Our Liability
KidsParty World maintains comprehensive public liability insurance for all our services. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, we cannot accept liability for injuries or damages resulting from:
- Failure to follow safety instructions provided by our staff
- Actions of attendees that are beyond our reasonable control
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us in advance
- Accidents occurring outside of our supervised activities
- Damage to venue property caused by event attendees
6.2 Client Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KidsParty World against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from the actions of your guests. You are responsible for any damage to our equipment or materials caused by you or your guests.
6.3 Equipment and Property
All equipment, decorations, and materials remain the property of KidsParty World. You agree not to damage, modify, or remove any items. Any lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of KidsParty World or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
We retain all rights to photographs and videos taken during events organized by us. We may use such media for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing. If you wish to use any photographs or videos for commercial purposes, you must obtain our written permission.

- The client has provided false or misleading information
- There is excessive intoxication or substance abuse at the event
In such circumstances, no refund will be provided, and you will remain liable for the full payment of services.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, fires)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Power failures or telecommunications disruptions
- Labor strikes or industrial action
In such events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements wherever possible.
11. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between you and KidsParty World, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. The mediation will be conducted in Sydney, Australia, by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and KidsParty World regarding the use of our services.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of KidsParty World.
12.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your booking without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent.
